Terms of delivery for the online store

General about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Reach It Oy, business ID 3402153-9. The prices
of the products include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and
postage costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and
paying for the contents of the shopping cart using the online payment service. All
customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details requested in connection with
the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or clarification of
ambiguities arising therein, unless otherwise stated separately. When ordering from the
online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the
currently valid terms of delivery.

Payment and payment methods

PAYTRAIL OY

Through Paytrail, you can easily pay for your purchases in the manner of your choice.
You can use online banking payments through all Finnish banks, payment cards such as Visa
and Mastercard, as well as MobilePay and ApplePay and GooglePay. Payment is secure,
and all payments are directed through Paytrail’s secured connection. You can choose the
most suitable payment method for yourself at the checkout with a single click.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment intermediation service and
the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the
payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of
complaints (reclamations), we primarily ask you to contact the product supplier.

KLARNA PAYMENTS

Klarna also offers the possibility to pay for purchases in installments. You can choose a
fixed monthly installment or a flexible payment plan and manage your payments later
with the Klarna application.
If you choose “Pay later” or “Installment” (“Maksa myöhemmin” or “Osamaksu”), Klarna
will send an invoice to your email after the purchase. You can also view and pay invoices in
the Klarna application or on the web service app.klarna.com.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email showing
your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any
questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case
you need to contact us. When dealing with our customer service, keep your possible customer
number and order number available.

Delivery Time

Our delivery time for products in stock is approximately 3-4 business days.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Delivery methods include those provided by Posti and Postnord. More information about
transportation methods is available at https://www.posti.fi/ and https://www.postnord.fi/.
Delivery costs for shipments to Finland start from €5.90. Delivery costs are charged for
orders under €50, and the cost is per package. Product returns are free of charge for our
customers.

Receiving the order

Check the products you received as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after
receiving the order. Also check that the contents of the package you received match the
products listed in the order confirmation.

Problem situations in transport and faulty/incorrect products

If the product is faulty or an incorrect product has been delivered to the customer, the
customer must notify us of the fault within 14 days of receiving the order by email to our
customer service at info@bearcrew.fi. If the package has been damaged during transport, a
complaint (reclamation) about the product must be made to the transport company as soon
as possible.

Other

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer must familiarize
themselves with the currently valid terms of delivery before placing their order. Bear Crew
Oy handles all customer information completely confidentially.
